Specific tools come and go — Meta Ads Manager will look different next year. What stays is critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn fast. We hire the operating system, not the apps.

Comfortable with change.

Roles flex here. Today's media buyer might lead next month's CRO sprint. A client's industry changes — you change with it. Comfort with ambiguity is the job, not a perk.
