Pricing & billing

What does each plan actually include?

All three retainers cover the four core marketing functions: paid acquisition (Meta + Google Ads), content production, sales infrastructure (CRM, email automation, lead scoring), and analytics. The difference is depth and hours per week.

  • Starter — SGD 199/mo. Landing page, one ad campaign, weekly content batch, basic lead capture. Best for first-time founders testing the channel.
  • Growth — SGD 399/mo. Everything in Starter, plus full-stack ads across platforms, daily content, email sequences, weekly reporting calls.
  • Full Stack — SGD 799/mo. Everything in Growth, plus a dedicated account manager, premium content production, retargeting funnels, and daily standups.

Is ad spend included in the retainer fee?

No — and we deliberately keep it that way. You pay platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) directly with your own card, which means you keep full ownership of ad accounts, audiences, and pixel data from day one. We manage the spend on your behalf, but the money never touches our books.

Sensible starting budgets vary by market and channel mix — we'll model one for your country and currency during onboarding.

Are there setup fees, contracts, or hidden costs?

No setup fees. No annual contracts. No lock-ins. The price on the plans page is the price you pay. We bill monthly in advance and you can cancel anytime with no penalty or exit interview.

The only thing not bundled is ad spend (you pay platforms directly) and any third-party software your business uses (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans anytime?

Yes — changes are prorated automatically and take effect the next billing cycle. Most clients start on Starter to test the channel, then upgrade to Growth within 60–90 days once they see traction.

You can also pause for one calendar month if business goes seasonal — no charge during the pause, and we keep all your assets warm so we can pick up where we left off.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Checkout runs in your local currency wherever supported — SGD for Singapore, USD for the US, LKR for Sri Lanka — with other markets billed in SGD at live conversion rates. Major cards are accepted through our secure Shopify checkout.

Services & deliverables

What does Rukxi actually do, day to day?

Think of us as one team replacing four hires — a media buyer, content creator, growth marketer, and operations lead. On any given day we're shipping ad creative, posting on social, optimising landing pages, building email flows, talking to your customers, and reporting back the numbers.

You handle the calls we generate. We handle everything that gets you to those calls.

Do you handle webinars and podcasts?

Yes — both are new services as of 2026. Webinars are best for B2B Growth and Full Stack clients; we plan, promote, and produce them end-to-end including post-event nurture flows.

Podcast campaigns are typically 4–6 sponsored episodes with hand-picked podcasts that align with your audience and market.

Will you build or rebuild my website?

Yes. All three plans include website work on Webflow, Shopify, or WordPress — whichever stack makes sense for your business.

Starter ships a one-page conversion site in week one. Growth builds a full multi-page site over 3–4 weeks. Full Stack includes ongoing conversion-rate optimisation with monthly A/B tests after launch.

Do you produce video, photo, and reels content?

Yes. Content creation is bundled into Growth and Full Stack. We come on-site for a half-day shoot once a month and deliver 30+ short-form clips, a hero brand video, and product photography in a single sprint.

Starter doesn't include shoot days, but you can add them as a one-off project — WhatsApp us for current pricing in your market.

What about email, CRM, and automation?

Bundled under “Everything else” on Growth and Full Stack. We set up your CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or whatever you're already using), build welcome sequences, abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase nurture, and lead-scoring rules.

We also wire up Zapier or Make.com flows if your sales team needs them.

Which countries and languages do you work in?

Singapore is our home base, with active clients across Singapore, the UAE, Australia, Sri Lanka, and the US. Campaigns run in English — plus Sinhala and Tamil for the Sri Lankan market.

Process & timelines

How quickly can we go live?

Seven days from signed contract to first campaign live. Day 1–2 is onboarding (brand audit, channel access, asset transfer). Day 3–5 is creative production. Day 6–7 is QA and launch.

Slower only if you need a brand-new website — that's a separate 3–4 week build that runs in parallel with the campaign launch.

Who's my point of contact?

Every account has a named lead. For Starter and Growth, that's typically a senior strategist who handles 5–6 accounts. Full Stack gets a dedicated account manager who works only on your business.

You'll also have access to a private Slack channel with the full delivery team — designer, media buyer, content lead, and AM all in one place.

How often will we meet?
  • Starter — monthly strategy call.
  • Growth — weekly 30-minute check-in.
  • Full Stack — daily 15-minute async standup via Loom, plus a weekly live call.

Every client gets a private Slack channel for between-meeting questions, regardless of plan.

What reporting do I get?

A monthly performance dashboard delivered as a PDF + Loom video walkthrough, covering revenue, leads, CAC, ROAS, and content performance. Growth and Full Stack also get a live Looker Studio dashboard you can check any time.

We don't hide behind vanity metrics — we report on what made you money.

Do you work inside my existing tools?

Yes — we work inside your stack. We're certified on HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, Webflow, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager.

If you use something we don't already know, we'll get certified inside week one at no extra cost.

Cancellation & guarantees

Is this a subscription or a one-time service?

Subscription. We bill monthly in advance because marketing is a continuous effort — one-off projects rarely produce compounding returns. That said, you can cancel anytime with zero penalty, and we'll wind down active campaigns by the next billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

There's no cancellation form, no exit interview, no questions asked. We'll spin down active campaigns by the next billing cycle and hand over all assets (creative, accounts, audiences, automations) within 48 hours.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. If you're not happy with the work in your first month, we refund the entire retainer fee.

We've issued exactly one refund in three years of operating. We're confident the work speaks for itself.

What if I'm not happy with the work after month one?

Tell us. We have an unlimited-revisions policy on creative deliverables in the first 30 days. After that, up to three revisions per asset.

If the issue is strategic (we're not generating leads), we'll do a free 60-minute audit to figure out what's broken and ship a fix at no extra cost.
