Subscription & Cancellation

All Rukxi marketing plans are monthly subscriptions. Here's how they work.

Billing

You're charged at signup for your first month. Subsequent months are charged on the same date each calendar month.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You'll continue to receive service through that period.

Pausing

You can pause your subscription for up to 60 days per year (useful if you have a slow season). During a pause, no payments are taken and no service is delivered.

Upgrading or downgrading

Change plans anytime in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.
