- Payment information: Processed by our payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayHere, and other regional processors). We never store full card details.
- Usage data: Pages visited, links clicked, time spent on site, via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
- Service data: Marketing assets, brand guidelines, ad accounts, and CRM access you share with us to deliver the service.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the marketing services you've purchased.
- To process payments and send transactional emails.
- To analyse site performance and optimise conversion.
- To send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
Who we share it with
We share your data only with service providers we need to deliver our service: Shopify, payment processors, ad platforms (Meta, Google) when running your campaigns, and CRM tools we set up for you. We never sell your data.
