Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by Rukxi Pte. Ltd. ("Rukxi", "we", "us"). By purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing services as described in each plan (Starter, Growth, Full Stack). The specific deliverables for your plan are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. The first month is charged at signup. Subsequent months are charged on the same date each calendar month.

Ad spend

The retainer covers our team's work only. Ad spend (payments to Meta, Google, or other ad platforms) is your responsibility and is paid directly by you to those platforms. We do not handle ad spend on your behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. No refunds for partial months.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all creative work, content, ad accounts, and assets we produce for you. We retain the right to reference our work for our own portfolio (anonymised if you prefer).

Liability

We work hard to deliver results but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, conversions, etc.) as these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the current month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
