Refund Policy

Because our services are delivered immediately upon purchase (strategy, setup, content production begin within 24 hours), we do not offer refunds for completed months of service.

What's refundable

• First 48 hours: If we have not yet started work and you change your mind, we'll refund 100% of your first month payment.
• Service we haven't delivered: If a deliverable promised in your plan (e.g. monthly performance report) is not provided, we'll either deliver it or refund the pro-rated portion.

What's not refundable

• Months where service was delivered as described.
• Ad spend (paid directly to Meta/Google, governed by their refund policies).
• Set-up or onboarding fees once work has begun.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You'll continue to receive service through the end of the month you've paid for.
